We’ve been running this program for years and years and taking thousands of customers through this process, which means we know what things are likely to get in your way, and what things our customers are doing that are getting the biggest successes.

The first thing we’re going to do ask you to complete a short survey so that we know more about you and your situation so we can best support you.

You’ll also learn about our IMPACT Accelerator Mastermind™.

If you have not signed up for the coaching and mastermind program, you’ll learn more about it and if it’s a good place for you. And if you are in our IMPACT Accelerator, you’ll learn exactly how to get started, the steps to take to get the most out of the program, and what to expect over the coming weeks and months.

Then, we dive into your Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and 90-day plan. This will help you understand what you’re doing first to create your MVP and the 90-day plan that you’re going to go through again and again. You see this program stays with you and support you along your journey to build and elevate your strategy delivery function.

You will learn what to expect in that first 90-day cycle and how you can use the program again and again and again as your needs and organizational priorities change (because you know they will 😉).
