Thank you for being a part of the PMO Strategies Community. Here’s a little about me and why I created these resources for you. In short, I wish I had me when I was you…

When I was in your shoes, I could never find one resource to help me address all of my Project/Program Management, Portfolio Management, and PMO needs from training, to coaching, to staffing, to rescue work, to latest trends and techniques, to a network of my peers dealing with the same challenges, and so much more.

My passion is helping others.

I believe very strongly that our industry is filled with IMPACT Makers that are uniquely qualified to drive change, not just locally, but globally. Project Managers have the power to change the world for the better. I started a nonprofit called Project Management for Change to help share the message of the value of Project Management in changing the world for the better and have served on various boards for nonprofit and for-profit organizations who share my mission to serve the community in high-IMPACT ways.

But, that’s not enough. I also want to help those of you that are in the same position I was in as a PM, PMO leader and Change leader for 17 years for companies of all sizes and across industries before starting PMO Strategies 6 years ago. I truly wish I had me when I was you, so that I would have someone to call when I was trying to figure out the best path to success in a world that can feel incredibly lonely and exhausting, without the right resources and support!

My mission now is to give you the tools and resources that I have found hold the keys to drive ever-higher IMPACT in your organization and increasing your value to the business you support.
